Registration fees are $975 for physicians and $550 for residents, fellows, technologists and those residing out of North America. You realize a savings if you register for all 3 days but daily enrollment is possible.

Cancellation Terms

Written notification of cancellation must be received via email 30 or more days prior to the start of the course. Refunds are possible subject to a $50 cancellation fee ($25 for daily registrants). Cancellations made within 30 days are subject to a $100 cancellation fee ($50 for daily registrants).
