chest x ray pa view:

- multiple tiny miliry nodular pattern seen in both lungs.

-Free both lateral costphrenic angles.

normal cardiac size and configeration.

-No pulmonary vascular marking could be seen.

- No fracture line is seen.

-Picture of:-

1/ occupational lung disease(pneumoconiosis)

2/ alveolar microlithiasis.

3/interstitial hemorrhage.
