You are right. This photo has been chosen from my cases by radRounds team to put on the main, if you go through my cases the plain film you were looking for, is there.

Retrospectively I have noticed that there is difference between the opacity of barium and the lesion, it may be the clue or plain x-ray would be diagnostic.

Although simulates diverticulum, but in fact it was a river stone ( a foreign body) in a psychotic patient. It may happen! Thanks for the comment.
