thanks very nice ,but xanthogranulomatous PN has more incidance in women of old age.

55/M ,Renal calculi for 10 yrs.
Now has progressive lump right flank for past 6 months.
Diagnosis: Massive Xanthogranulomatous Pyelonephritis obliterating all perirenal spaces.
