How many CTC-cases do you need to read before you get sufficient accuracy? Is there any scientific proof? As far as I know numbers vary between 50-200 cases.

I don't know if there is a cut-off of cases; from my point of view it depends on the technology, patient preparation and type pf lesions...refer to paper from Andrea Laghi, Franco Iafrate and dr. Pickhardt maybe you'll find something more...
