What kinds of problems makes you want to go back to plain film? We have GE Centricity over here. Though it's a little memory-intensive and slow, it's quite good.<br />

McKesson is a great PACS... I hope OsiriX makes it because that is one sweet system! I use AGFA and it is not bad but somedays I just want to go back to printed plain film.
