  physics, factors affecting optimal Doppler examinations and commonly 
 seen Doppler/Color artifacts, which may affect diagnostic accuracy.\n2
 . Describe IMT measurements and evaluation and correlation with cardio
 vascular disease.\n3. Explain routine scan protocols and analyze norma
 l spectral waveform signatures, color characteristics, and Doppler mea
 surements in a norma carotid and peripheral vascular examinations.\n4.
  Recognize abnormal spectral Doppler and Color Doppler findings seen w
 ith carotid and peripheral arterial and venous disease.\n5. Discuss th
 e role of indirect testing in the evaluation of lower extremity arteri
 al disease.\n6. Apply diagnostic criteria and structure a formal repor
 t for evaluation of carotid, peripheral venous and arterial disease.\n
 7. Review complex carotid and peripheral vascular case studies in inte
 ractive interpretation session format.\n8. Explain the role of ultraso
 und in the post-intervention examination.\n9. Describe ultrasound find
 ings associated with aortic endograft leaks.\n10. Describe normal and 
 abnormal spectral Doppler charcteristics and diagnostic criteria assoc
 iated with renal artery evaluation and dialysis access graft evaluatio
 n.\n11. Increase participant’s knowledge to better interpret vascula
 r ultrasound examinations.\n12. Optional lunch session: Identify areas
