SUMMARY:Vascular Ultrasound Interpretation Course
DESCRIPTION:This advanced course is designed for physicians and sonog
 raphers who have been practicing noninvasive vascular diagnosis. The 
 course will assume that participants have an understanding of anatomy 
 of the vascular system, principles of Doppler ultrasound and the basic
  principles of Doppler diagnosis.  \nThe course will begin with hemo
 dynamics, pathophysiology, and state-of-the-art Doppler instrumentatio
 n.\nThe majority of the course will focus on interpretation of vascula
 r studies and case analysis of cerebrovascular, peripheral arterial, p
 eripheral venous and abdominal Doppler studies. The course will also i
 nclude some of the more unusual findings in vascular disease. Informal
  question and answer sessions will be incorporated throughout the prog
 ram to facilitate a high level interactivity between participants and 
 faculty. Course participants are invited to bring their interesting or
