SUMMARY:Vascular Ultrasound Interpretation
DESCRIPTION:This advanced course is designed for those who have been p
 racticing noninvasive vascular diagnosis. The course will assume that 
 participants have an understanding of anatomy of the vascular system, 
 principles of Doppler ultrasound and the basic principles of Doppler d
 iagnosis.\nThe course will begin with hemodynamics, pathophysiology, a
 nd state-of-the-art Doppler instrumentation.\nThe majority of the cour
 se will focus on interpretation of vascular studies and case analysis 
 of cerebrovascular, peripheral arterial, peripheral venous and abdomin
 al Doppler studies. The course will also include some of the more unus
 ual findings in vascular disease. Informal question and answer session
 s will be incorporated throughout the program to facilitate a high lev
 el interactivity between participants and faculty. Course participants
