 phy has made significant strides in the past few years, first with the
  development of spiral/helical scanning and more recently with multi-s
 lice/multi-detector CT scanning capability. These technological develo
 pments have opened the doors to new and improved applications for CT s
 canning. An understanding of these advances will provide career growth
  opportunities for technologists working in CT. This seminar will prov
 ide an improved understanding of multi-slice/multi-detector CT as well
  as scan protocols, quality control procedures and ACR accreditation p
 rocedures and requirements. Advancements in clinical applications of t
 his technology will also be reviewed.\n\nThis program provides 8 hours
  of Category A continuing education credit for radiologic technologist
 s recognized by the ARRT and various licensure states. A certificate o
 f attendance will be provided for each individual upon completion of t
 he seminar. All attendees must attend the entire seminar to receive fu
