 N:\nCovering all the bases with ultrasound scanning of the female pati
 ent can place demands on a sonographers skills. This one day course wi
 ll deal with examinations routinely performed in OB/GYN offices and im
 aging facilities. This exceptional faculty member will begin with basi
 c ultrasound physics to allow attendees to refresh their knowledge. Th
 is course will explore ultrasound imaging of the female breast to incl
 ude basic anatomy and how it varies on the mammographic and sonographi
 c examination. A look will be taken at both normal and abnormal breast
  images. The remainder of the course will be dedicated to ultrasound a
 ssessment of the female pelvis. Sonographers will be able to hone thei
 r skills through the presentation of both normal and abnormal anatomy 
 in a broad variety of sonographic images.\n\nYou will learn about the 
 sonographic appearance of causes of abnormal uterine bleeding, incompe
