  offer its fi rst diagnostic imaging course on a cruise\naboard the Re
 gent Seven Seas Mariner from Vancouver to Seward/Anchorage,\nAlaska. T
 he course will feature multi-detector row CT (MDCT) and MRI as it appl
 ies to diseases in the abdomen, musculoskeletal system and nervous sys
 tem. The course will include newer and established cross-sectional met
 hods taught by international leaders in radiology.\n\nFor MDCT, emphas
 is will be placed on facial, orbital and head trauma as well as abdomi
 nal disease, including the set-up and interpretation of virtual colono
 scopy. Radiologists face diagnostic challenges when assessing manifest
 ations of various liver and pancreatic masses and CT angiography of th
 e aorta and stent grafts. This course is designed to enhance your abil
 ities to meet these challenges. In addition, learn the latest informat
 ion on the use of MRI for neuro, trauma and joint imaging plus updates
  on the shoulder, knee, ankle and foot.\n\nThis course is appropriate 
 for all radiologists and technologists in clinical practice or in an a
 cademic environment. Referring clinicians such as neurosurgeons, ortho
 paedic surgeons, rheumatologists, internists, and internal medicine su
