 ic Radiology Annual Meeting and Postgraduate Course will provide pedia
 tric and general radiologists with an opportunity to do the following:
 \n\n1. Summarize current information on state-of-the-art pediatric ima
 ging and the practice of pediatric radiology.\n2. Describe new technol
 ogies for pediatric imaging such cone beam CT/ interventional procedur
 e guidance, MR urography, Cardiac MRI, especially related to congenita
 l heart disease, 3D and advanced workstation use and capabilities, and
  be able to understand and apply this knowledge and skills appropriate
 ly and successfully.\n3. Review common problems facing pediatric radio
 logists, and possible solutions, including PACS systems, teleradiology
  equipment and technology, patient safety initiatives and tracking, or
 ganization of Interventional Radiology and vascular access services.\n
 4. Evaluate and apply organizational principles and techniques of mini
 mizing radiation exposure during diagnostic imaging of children.\n5. R
 eview the latest approaches to pediatric imaging and correlate with ra
 diation reduction, procedure safety and clinical outcomes.\n6. Describ
 e new advances in research and imaging.\n7. Review the broad scope of 
 pediatric radiology as it relates to everyday practice.\n\nCME HOURS:
