 MEETING DESCRIPTION:\nThe Society of Skeletal Radiology (SSR) is dedic
 ated to the goal of encouraging and supporting the development of expe
 rtise in the subspecialty of musculoskeletal radiology. Society of Ske
 letal Radiology's CME efforts shall be to provide continuing medical e
 ducation for practicing musculoskeletal radiologists via an annual sci
 entific meeting.\n\nThe goals of this annual meeting are to encourage 
 research activity and dissemination, stimulate collaboration among mem
 bers, and refine subspecialty expertise.\nPeer-reviewed papers will be
  given by society members covering such musculoskeletal topics as tumo
 rs, arthritis, sports medicine/trauma, metabolic/endocrine disease, sp
 ine topics, imaging techniques and procedures, resident/fellow educati
 on and socioeconomic issues.\nCompleted research, preliminary work, or
  simply ideas can be given a forum, with discussion encouraged.\nBased
  on needs assessment, special topics panel discussions will be develop
