  skills.\nLack of understanding of the underlying pathology can lead\n
 to misinterpretation of radiologic images and the potential to\noverlo
 ok important complications such a neoplastic recurrence.\nThe need for
  radiologic pathologic correlation is considered\nso important by the 
 radiology community that the ACGME\nrequires radiologic correlation as
  part of the training of radiology\nresidents.\nCourse Objectives\nAt 
 the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:\n• Iden
 tify imaging characteristics of lesions involving the\nmusculoskeletal
  system that allow for narrowing of the\ndifferential diagnosis\n• I
 llustrate how the underlying pathology of the lesion\ncontributes to i
