DESCRIPTION:Providing excellent quality imaging and patient care with 
 exceptional customer service is an integral part of the Radiology Depa
 rtment.  Faced with challenges every day we must remain focused on im
 aging skills and patient safety.  Communication affects every aspect 
 of our job and our ability to gain patient compliance.  Patient focus
 ed communication will be a main focus of this course discussing commun
 ication barriers and evaluating our communication skills.   The cour
 se will conclude with medical legal issues that affect the radiology d
 epartment and imaging professional. This day of learning will be guide
 d by faculty that understand the benefits of engaging the class partic
 ipants in activities and scenarios that teach you how to apply quality
  management theory and process to real life work situations.  This co
 urse will combine instructor presentations and interactive sessions wi
 th the opportunity to take a look your communication skills, medical l
 egal issues and real case scenarios where you will be the judge.  We 
 all must know how to deal with the day to day problems which can be ro
