 y 1, 2011.\n\nA letter of verification from the Department Chairman mu
 st accompany the application of anyone wishing to qualify for the redu
 ced rate. Enrollment will be confirmed on the basis of registration fe
 e. We do not process registration without payment. We cannot guarantee
