 s specific knowledge and competence. MTMI’s PACS Administrator Cours
 e aims at providing a critical analysis of the planning, implementatio
 n, organization, operation and maintenance of PACS. This program will 
 assess the advantages and disadvantages of PACS and the challenges of 
 filmless hospital operations.\nMajor topics include: a comprehensive s
 tep by step guide to DICOM, teleradiology, specialized workstation web
  browser technology in PACS, new direct digital acquisition devices,in
 tegrating the healthcare enterprise & electronic patient records.\n\nT
 his course provides 35.5 Hours Category A continuing education credit 
 for radiologic technologists. A certificate of attendance will be prov
 ided for each individual upon completion of the course. All attendees 
 must attend the entire course to receive full credit. Credit is awarde
 d for radiologic technologists as ARRT Category A Credit approved by t
