DESCRIPTION:We understand that as a healthcare professional, time is o
 f the essence. Our in depth five day OB/GYN ultrasound course helps th
 e participants obtain extensive knowledge of female and fetal anatomy 
 through half days of lecture followed by faculty-supervised, hands-on 
 training with live models. Join us as we increase your confidence leve
 l and scanning skills in this course by providing an overview of ultra
 sound physics, first, second, and third trimester anatomy, measurement
 s and anomalies.  \nOur state of the art scan lab increases your abil
 ity to recognize normal and abnormal anatomy. The opportunity to pract
 ice fetal measurements on a variety of models improves the techniques 
 needed to acquire diagnostic images according to AIUM guidelines. Both
  transabdominal and endovaginal scanning approaches will be utilized i
 n the scan lab allowing for overall development of skills and appropri
 ate scan protocols.\nScan with the experts:\nSometimes it takes an add
 itional day or two of scanning to generate confidence in your new skil
 l set. If you would like to add a day or two, all our ultrasound skill
 s courses can be scheduled with additional scan days in our state of t
