 Neck Pathology.\n\nCourse Description:\n\nThis 4 day course is designe
 d to bring the practicing physician interested in imaging disease of t
 he brain, spine, and head and neck a range of useful and state-of-the-
 art information regarding the performance of imaging exams, the typica
 l and unusual imaging findings, and pathology of a broad spectrum of d
 iseases. The course is in the world-renowned San Francisco Fairmont ho
 tel, with its reputation for impeccable service. Afternoons and evenin
 gs are your own to explore the region. The course has been structured 
 to provide a wide range of lectures regarding common problems seen in 
 an active practice. The faculty will lecture on disease of the brain, 
 spine, and head and neck, and will also present interesting case sessi
 ons for active audience participation. The faculty is completely acces
 sible for informal discussions, to answer questions, and to help parti
 cipants with problem areas in imaging.\n\nCourse Objectives:\n1. Revie
 w the normal anatomy of the brain, spine, and head and neck as depicte
 d on imaging studies, and understand the compartment approach to lesio
 n location.\n2. Understand the imaging approach to patients with sever
 al common brain, spine, and head and neck presentations.\n3. Increase 
 your knowledge of the imaging of brain, spine, and head and neck neopl
 asia, and the proper staging of tumors\n4. Discuss current thoughts of
  the imaging of CNS trauma, infection, and infarction.\n5. Review nome
 nclature and some common and uncommon spine diseases\n6. Understand th
 e limitations of imaging in disease of the brain, spine, and head and

 S: The fee for Neuro/ENT on the Island (Monday - Thursday, July 25 - 2
 8, 2011) is $850 for physicians if your registration is postmarked by 
 June 25, 2011. After that date, the fee is $895.\n\nFor Residents, Fel
 lows, Retired and Military the fee is $750 or $795 if your registratio
 n is postmarked after June 25, 2011.\n\nFor Technologists the fee is $
 650 or $695 if your registration is postmarked after June 25, 2011.\n\
 nA letter of verification from the Department Chairman must accompany 
 the application of anyone wishing to qualify for the reduced rate. Enr
 ollment will be confirmed on the basis of registration fee. We do not 
 process registration without payment. We cannot guarantee course mater
 ials on site for a registration received after June 25, 2011.\n\nREFUN
 DS: Cancellations received in writing by June 25, 2011, will receive a
  refund minus a $75 handling fee. There will be no refunds for cancell
