DESCRIPTION:NYU's annual Fall MRI conference is designed for radiologi
 sts who order, perform and interpret MRI studies. This three day inten
 sive review of magnetic resonance imaging principles and applications 
 will cover three overall areas: Body Imaging (including Breast, Cardia
 c & Vascular), Neuroradiology and Musculoskeletal MRI. The program wil
 l review the current use of advanced neuroimaging techniques such as p
 erfusion and diffusion tensor, issues related to nephrogenic systemic 
 fibrosis and the appropriate utilization of gadolinium contrast and ad
 vanced MR imaging techniques for the shoulder, knee, ankle and tendons
 . This course will provide a practical, clinicallyoriented review and 
 analysis of the state-of-the-art of MRI in addition to introducing som
 e of the promising new developments in the field. MRI Imaging protocol
