 MSK: Hot Topics and Burning Issues by the Beach (Thursday - Sunday, Ma
 rch 18 - 21, 2010) is $850 for physicians if your registration is post
 marked by February 18, 2010. After that date, the fee is $895.\n\nFor 
 Residents and Fellows the fee is $750 or $795 if your registration is 
 postmarked after February 18, 2010.\n\nRetired, Military, and Technolo
 gists the fee is $650 or $695 if your registration is postmarked after
  February 18, 2010.\n\nA letter of verification from the Department Ch
 airman must accompany the application of anyone wishing to qualify for
  the reduced rate. Enrollment will be confirmed on the basis of regist
 ration fee. We do not process registration without payment. We cannot 
 guarantee course materials on site for a registration received after F
 ebruary 18, 2010.\n\nREFUNDS: Cancellations received in writing by Feb
 ruary 18, 2010, will receive a refund minus a $75 handling fee. There 
 will be no refunds for cancellations received after that time. Registr
 ation : Registration will take place on Thursday at 7:00 a.m. in the f
 oyer of the hotel.\n\nPLEASE NOTE: You will receive registration confi
