 e healthcare professional using ultrasound to provide enhancement to t
 he obstetrical examination. This course will provide a valuable combin
 ation of lecture, demonstration and in-house scan lab experience with 
 live models. Content presented will include an introduction to ultraso
 und physics, instrumentation, and pelvic anatomy (both normal and abno
 rmal). Time will be dedicated to both transabdominal and endovaginal s
 canning techniques and basic fetal and amniotic fluid measurements. Pr
 ovided in our onsite scan lab will be a diverse selection of ultrasoun
 d equipment to be used under the guidance of course faculty.\n\nObject
