 scuss Doppler/color physics and be able to (sonographers) apply these 
 principles to optimize system controls or (physicians) utilize this in
 formation for recognizing technical errors which may result in misdiag
 nosis.\n3. Perform routine scan protocols & document Doppler waveforms
  for arterial & venous evaluations of the lower extremity.\n4. Perform
  routine scan protocol for upper extremity venous evaluation.\n5. Iden
 tify normal/abnormal spectral Doppler/color characteristics & waveform
  characteristics for identifying arterial & venous disease. Explain me
 thods for obtaining quantitative information & the diagnostic relevanc
 e of each measurement.\n6. Recognize image characteristics of acute ve
 rsus chronic DVT.\n7. State the indications and applications of indire
 ct testing methods for lower arterial disease.\n8. Apply the informati
