 jectives:\nAt the completion of this program, the participant should b
 e able to:\n1. Explain the basic fundamentals of ultrasound physics/in
 strumentation.\n2. Describe routine scan protocols, Biophysical profil
 e, and measurements for performing transabdominal GYN, endovaginal sca
 nning, and obstetric applications.\n3. Identify normal and abnormal im
 aging characteristics of ovarian and uterine pathology as well as expl
 ain the indications and ultrasound findings for suspicion of an ectopi
 c pregnancy.\n4. Describe normal fetal anatomy, apply appropriate meas
 urement techniques and discuss commonly seen fetal abnormalities.\n5. 
 Increase the participantsâ€™ knowledge to better perform and/or interp
 ret gynecology and obstetrical ultrasound examinations.\n6. Apply the 
 information discussed in a clinical setting (under supervised conditio
