 ogram provides participants with a strong foundation to perform the co
 re ultrasound applications as outlined in the ACEP ultrasound practice
  guidelines. This unique ultrasound training course incorporates compr
 ehensive lectures, interactive case presentations using an audience re
 sponse system, and extensive hands-on scanning, featuring a 3:1 ratio 
 with live models and inanimate phantoms. Special break-out sessions ar
 e conducted for a review of ultrasound system knobology and optimizati
 on to improve the learners’ knowledge and competence to effectively 
 adjust the system controls. This emergency ultrasound program also pro
 vides a log of 40+ supervised examinations to apply towards credential
