  The scan only course is open to participants who have completed a pre
 vious live or online GCUS abdominal/primary care ultrasound course.  
 The scanning is conducted during the afternoon and provides extensive 
 hands-on scanning featuring a 3:1 ratio with live models and inanimate
  phantoms, for a realistic training experience.The abdominal/primary c
 are protocols are taught in accordance with  AIUM and ACEP guidelines
 . The  scanning only workshop provides additional skills  training t
 o begin integrating the techniques learned into clinical practice.\n\n
