  imaging.\n4. Explain the capabilities and limitations of musculoskele
 tal ultrasound imaging.\n5. Identify sonographic appearance of commonl
 y seen pathology of the shoulder, knee, elbow wrist hand, ankle and fo
 ot.\n6. State the indications and benefits of MSK ultrasound for sport
 s medicine injuries, physical medicine & rehabilitation, and rheumatol
 ogy applications.\n7. Explain the use of MSK sonography for diagnosis 
 and ultrasound-guided interventions.\n8. Discuss the indications/findi
 ngs for MSK hip and spine sonography.\n9. Describe “in-plane” and 
 “out of plane” injection and aspiration techniques.\n10. Increase 
 the participant’s knowledge to better perform and/or interpret MSK U
 /S examinations.\n11. Apply the information discussed in a clinical se
 tting, ideally under supervised conditions until an acceptable level o
 f proficiency has been achieved.\n12. Optional: Perform ultrasound-gui
