DESCRIPTION:This 2-day course will cover a large spectrum of vascular 
 laboratory diagnostics from “head-to-toe” and will include both ul
 trasound and physiological testing. The course will be unique in its e
 xtensive use of the audience response system for rapid fire interpreta
 tion of vascular studies, mock registry type examination questions, an
 d vascular physics and technology drills.\nCourse faculty includes mem
 bers of the Cleveland Clinic Non-Invasive Vascular Laboratory as well 
 as guest faculty who are nationally recognized for their vascular labo
 ratory teaching expertise.\nNew topics to the program for 2014 include
  use of ultrasound in the pre-procedural planning and post-procedural 
 follow-up after venous ablation procedures, essentials of quality and 
 accreditation in the vascular laboratory, and a special lunch time ses
 sion highlighting the most unusual vascular ultrasound cases encounter
