  and how each acquires and image.\nCharacteristics of digital acquisit
 ion systems. Image accession, initial processing, and final processing
 . The relationship between radiographic exposure and image appearance.
  The appropriate processing steps and the errors that may occur. Acqui
 sition precautions\nMyths and fallacies about digital acquisition. App
 ropriate selection of technical factors. Evaluation of digital images 
 compared to screen/film images. Using cues to adjust technical factors
  and establish proper technique guides. Limiting patient exposure/dose
 .\n\nThis seminar provides 8 hours of Category A continuing education 
 credit for radiologic technologists recognized by the ARRT and various
  licensure states. A certificate of attendance will be provided for ea
 ch individual upon completion of the course. All attendees must attend
