  diversified course will focus on imaging techniques and image guided 
 interventions as applied to a variety of body areas. The course is des
 igned to help the practicing radiologist review established imaging pr
 otocols and techniques as well as understand newer clinical applicatio
 ns such as coronary CTA, interventional oncology, and neurointerventio
 nal procedures. A practical review of musculoskeletal, breast and abdo
 minal imaging will be emphasized. Other important areas covered in the
  course will include chest imaging and neuroradiology\n\nAt the comple
 tion of the course, participants should be able to:\n\n1. Describe the
  pros, the cons and the options for screening young women at high risk
  for breast cancer;\n2. Develop a practical approach for assessing bre
 ast calcifications;\n3. Understand the appropriate use, indications an
 d reporting of breast ultrasound;\n4. Gain a better understanding of t
 he anatomy and MRI findings of the ankle, foot, knee, and shoulder.\n5
 . Describe CT arthrography techniques and applications;\n6. Recognize 
 the typical imaging findings of benign and malignant adrenal, pancreat
 ic, hepatic, and renal masses;\n7. Review current CT imaging technique
 s for evaluating interstitial lung disease, suspected PE, and coronary
  arterial anatomy and pathology;\n8. Apply a practical approach to ima
 ging of cardiothoracic diseases to everyday cases;\n9. Understand the 
 importance and techniques to achieve low radiation dose imaging;\n10. 
 Gain a better understanding of intracranial hemorrhage and stroke imag
 ing and state of the art neurointerventional procedures;\n11. Understa
 nd the basic and advanced interventional techniques as related to biop
 sy, drainage,arterial intervention, embolization, and cancer therapy.\
