 und\nUltrasound is playing an increasingly important role in gynecolog
 y. Applications of Gynecological ultrasound include general screening 
 of women who are currently or have previously experienced menopause, a
 nd special diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as ovarian cyst
  aspirations and sonohysterograms (evaluation of the internal surface 
 of the uterus). Gynecologic ultrasound provides visualization of the u
 terus and ovaries that may add important additional information not de
 monstrated using other imaging methods or with physical exam findings.
 \nYou will leave this course with a thorough understanding of this mod
 ality. Model demonstrations and hands-on scanning will present opportu
 nities to have specific questions answered. The addition of Doppler to
  the study will allow inclusion of several pathological conditions not
