 urses are scheduled to open on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. (ES
 T)!!! Register for the course you wish to attend as you will not be al
 lowed to “switch around” without paying a fee.\n\nYou cannot regis
 ter until this time. We are only accepting ONLINE registration. Please
  be sure of your attendance before registering as any changes or such 
 will incur non-refundable fees.\n\nPlease go to http://cme.ufl.edu/, a
 nd click on “registration” to\nthe left of the page. Remember, you
  won’t see anything until we open the registration. Please refer to 
 the attached brochure for general information regarding the course as 
 well as the fees.\n\nIf there are any changes to our “open” date, 
 I will email you.\nOtherwise, be ready to register 7/14 at 9:00 am.\n\
 n\nUnlike most courses, all meals are included in our UF Hot Seats Cou
 rse, including continuous snacks/beverages. This is a very important f
 eature of our course that allows you to maximize your time. We make ev
 ery effort to meet your dietary needs, but the wide variety of tastes 
 makes\nit impossible to match everyone's needs / interests. Mark your 
 needs as appropriate and we will try to meet them. (The more people pe
 r category / the more likely we can meet your dietary needs.)\n\nALL c
 ourses will be the same with the exception of lecturers. You will see 
 the EXACT same cases, which may not necessarily be given by the same l
 ecturer. Please do not register for more than one course.\n\nAny quest
