 e\n\nMEETING DESCRIPTION:\nThis two-day program provides a comprehensi
 ve introduction to the science and practice of fetal echocardiography.
 \n\nThe course will provide an understanding of the unique requirement
 s of fetal echo in the diagnosis of structural malformations of the he
 art and will also include the use of pulsed, continuous wave, and colo
 r Doppler as well as M-mode in fetal cardiovascular diagnosis. Finding
 s from the ultrasonographic/Doppler assessment of fetal cardiovascular
  physiology will be related to the pre- and postnatal management of co
 ngenital heart disease. Throughout the program the clinical importance
  of observations made during the fetal echo exam will be detailed.\n\n
