DESCRIPTION: Review a practical current approach to imaging of emerge
 ncy and trauma patients, from radiologists from the University of Was
 hington and Harborview Medical Center, the only Level I adult and 
 pediatric trauma center in a four-state region (Washington, Alaska, Mo
 ntana and Idaho).\nSpecial Guest faculty for 2017 will be Dr. Scott St
 eenburg from the University of Indiana. University of Washington facul
 ty to include Emergency Radiologists Rachael Edwards, Joel Gross, Kenn
 eth Linnau, Jeffrey Robinson, Claire Sandstrom and many others.\nEnjoy
  8 hours of daylight following the course each day, providing ample 
 opportunities  for sightseeing and enjoying the natural beauty of Sea
 ttle and the Puget Sound region. Summers in Seattle are sunny, with 
 long days, some of our dryest and warmest months, and temperatures ar
 ound 75 degrees.\nThis emergency radiology course is intended for prac
 ticing radiologists, physicians-in-training, and emergency medicine pr
 oviders. It is especially useful for radiologists practicing in traum
 a centers and emergency departments, and for those providing after hou
 rs emergency radiology coverage (eg: nighthawk type services). Althoug
 h the course is primarily targeted at physicians, it may also be helpf
 ul for CT technologists and others involved in emergency imaging.\n\nF
