 IPTION:\nThis course is intended for practicing radiologists, cardiolo
 gists and other professionals with an interest in recent advances in c
 ardiac imaging. Participants will have an opportunity to learn the bas
 ics of cardiac CT and MRI acquisition and interpretation with interact
 ive workstation reviews of 50 cardiac CT exams. This review meets requ
 irements for level 1(and partial level 2) credentialing in cardiac CT 
 according to the ACR / ACC guidelines. Current clinical applications o
 f cardiac CT and MR examinations will be discussed and clinical cardia
 c MRI cases will be reviewed. Participants will receive a practical re
 view of CT and MR imaging of the heart in the context of traditional m
