 n designed for radiologists, radiation oncologists, medical oncologist
 s and breast surgeons interested in integrating newer breast imaging t
 echnologies such as breast MRI, digital mammography, computer-aided di
 agnosis, and digital breast tomosynthesis into their practice.\n\nLect
 ures will focus on practical clinical implementation, indications, int
 erpretation, approach to image-guided biopsy and future developments. 
 In addition, substantial time has been allotted for multiple case revi
 ew sessions. It is anticipated that at the end of the course, physicia
 ns will be able to implement an advanced digital mammography or breast
  MRI program or improve an existing advanced digital mammography or br
 east MRI program at their centers\n\nUpon completion of the program, p
 articipants will be able to:\n\n- Implement effective techniques to pe
 rform breast MRI examinations in their institutions\n- Interpret breas
 t MRI examinations\n- Perform MRI- guided biopsies\n- Develop local gu
 idelines for appropriate indications for breast MRI studies in their p
 ractice environment.\n- Use standards developed by the ACR Lexicon Com
 mittee in their breast MRI practice\n- Apply 3-D computer visualizatio
 n and computer-aided diagnostic techniques to breast MRI and mammograp
 hy\n- Develop approaches to digital mammography image acquisition and 
 interpretation\n- Explain digital breast tomosynthesis technology and 
 technique\n- Interpret breast tomosynthesis examinations.\n\nThe Unive
