It is intended to provide an overview and update on cl inically relevant topics in diagnostic imaging of the breast including recent developments in the subspecialty. A practical approach is emph asized which includes formal didactic lectures covering core topics in breast imaging with concepts reinforced by interactive workshops in a small group setting. Lectures and workshops on similar core topic are as will be covered by different faculty to provide participants with a broader perspective on the different approaches for problem solving i n breast imaging.\n\nThis course satisfies the continuing medical educ ation requirement for MQSA in breast imaging.\n\nSELF-ASSESSMENT MODUL E\nAn optional breast imaging self-assessment module will be offered a s part of this weekend course. Those persons who wish to receive SAM c redit will need to complete a short test and the answers will be revie wed on the last day of the course. Assist in diagnostic workups using interventional breast imaging procedures, including percutaneous sampling of nonpalpable lesions;\n6.
