 df\n\n\nMEETING DESCRIPTION:\nThe Breast Imaging Minicourse is offered
  with a choice of 1 or 2 weeks in the division of Breast Imaging, Depa
 rtment of Radiology, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, MA. Atten
 dees will begin each day with a case conference given by the Breast Im
 aging attending. The remainder of the day, visiting fellows will accom
 pany faculty as they review, and interpret a wide variety of Breast Im
 aging examinations, including screening and diagnostic mammograms in o
 ur all digital facility, breast ultrasound examinations on state‑ofâ
 €‘art equipment, and breast MRI examinations. Visitors will also be gi
 ven the opportunity to observe examinations and percutaneous breast pr
 ocedures being performed.\n\nIn addition to the one‑on‑one teachin
 g by Breast Imaging faculty, visiting fellows will observe the entire 
 gamut of image guided interventional breast procedures. These will inc
 lude procedures performed using all imaging modalities (mammography, U
 S, MRI). Participants will attend the daily morning case conference, 2
  weekly multi‑disciplinary breast conferences including a tumor boar
 d; and a biweekly review focusing on radiologic‑patholgic correlatio
 n of all core needle biopsy cases.\n\nParticipants will have the oppor
 tunity to focus on diagnostic versus screening mammography, breast MRI
  or percutaneous procedures including biopsy, fi ne needle aspiration,
  drainage, etc, based on their needs and section activities.\n\nINSTRU
