 alth problem that affects 44 million people. Recent medical breakthrou
 ghs have created hope and healing to those who are diagnosed early. Fa
 cilities are recognizing the importance of early diagnosis due to adeq
 uate examinations by DXA equipment and imagers. This seminar will help
  the student obtain a sound foundation of knowledge in densitometry im
 aging and give them a better understanding of the appropriate use and 
 interpretation of this technology. It will also prove to be valuable i
 nstruction for those preparing for the ARRT or ISCD Bone Densitometry 
 Certification Examinations.\n\nThis program provides 8 hours of Catego
 ry A continuing education credit for radiologic technologists. A certi
 ficate of attendance will be provided for each individual upon complet
 ion of the seminar. All attendees must attend the entire seminar to re
 ceive full credit. Credit is awarded for radiologic technologists as A
 RRT Category A Credit approved by the ASRT, and credit from various li
