 ESCRIPTION: CT technology has progressed rapidly in the last few years
 . The increased sophistication mandates use of correct protocols to ge
 t the appropriate information with least radiation. Knowledge of proto
 cols is also essential for the correct interpretation of these scans. 
 A radiologist who is comfortable with the various protocols and knows 
 how to use and interpret them is held in high esteem by referring phys
 icians. This workshop is designed to bring you to a level of comfort t
 hat you may have never felt before with the CT protocols on current ma
 chines.\n\nPURPOSE OF WORKSHOP: After attending this workshop the atte
 ndees will be able to apply the prinicples learned to\n1. Determine th
 e best CT protocols for various indications.\n2. Optimize radiology re
 ports according to the protocols.\n3. Apply the strengths of the proto
 cols to reach the highest level of diagnostic accuracy possible for th
