DESCRIPTION:We look forward to seeing you at the ACR 86th Annual Meeti
 ng and Chapter Leadership Conference (AMCLC). The Council Steering Com
 mittee (CSC) has made some exciting changes to the program format for 
 2009. Plan to be in Washington, D.C., May 2-6, 2009, to participate in
  the College’s business, educational, and legislative activities.\n\
 n• Moreton Lecture: On Monday, May 4, Elias A. Zerhouni, M.D., forme
 r director, National Institutes of Health, will reveal how scientific 
 advances and changing\nparadigms in the delivery of health care will i
 nfluence the roles of radiologists and offer them strategies for prepa
 ring for change.\n\n• Luncheon Presenter: On Tuesday, May 5, Paul J.
  Chang, M.D., professor and vice chair, Radiology Informatics, Univers
 ity of Chicago Medical Center, will present, \"Re-engineering Radiolog
 y in an Electronic and Flattened World: Radiologist as Value Innovator
 .\"\n\n• Economics Update: On Tuesday, May 5, recognized faculty and
  leaders in the field will present an informative 3-hour session focus
 ed on practical guidance for current\neconomic issues in radiology.\n\
 n• Congressional Visits: The ACR’s day on Capitol Hill will be Wed
 nesday, May 6. Schedule your own congressional appointments by coordin
 ating with a key contact in your\nstate chapter leadership.\n\n\nThe a
 nnual meeting of the Resident & Fellow Section (RFS) is held in conjun
 ction with the AMCLC. Residents and fellows from across the country at
 tend to discuss training and professional issues, to participate in le
 adership development seminars, to interact with ACR and chapter leader
 ship, and to participate in the ACR Council meeting.\n\nIn addition to
  the AMCLC program, residents and fellows also participate in RFS even
 ts scheduled for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning.All residents an
