 mendous development since the Noble Prize winning works of Sir G. Houn
 sfield. CT has developed into an essential component of state-of-the a
 rt imaging. For these reasons, understanding the physical principals o
 f Computed Tomography is essential for those working in the field as w
 ell as those thinking about entering it. The principles of CT data acq
 uisition, image reconstruction, and image display will be discussed. A
  comprehensive review of CT image quality as well as the factors that 
 affect image quality will be discussed.\n\nThis seminar will provide a
  foundation that will be useful for expanding your knowledge in this m
 odality and will help you prepare for the CT examination.\n\nThis prog
 ram provides 8 hours of Category A continuing education credit recogni
 zed by the ARRT for radiologic technologists, and credit from various 
 licensure states. A certificate of attendance will be provided for eac
 h individual upon completion of the seminar. All attendees must attend
