 rgone a tremendous development since the Noble Prize winning works of 
 Sir G. Hounsfield. CT has developed into an essential component of sta
 te-of-the art imaging. For these reasons, understanding the physical p
 rincipals of Computed Tomography is essential for those working in the
  field as well as those thinking about entering it. The principles of 
 CT data acquisition, image reconstruction, and image display will be d
 iscussed. A comprehensive review of CT image quality as well as the fa
 ctors that affect image quality will be discussed.\n\nThis seminar wil
 l provide a foundation that will be useful for expanding your knowledg
 e in this modality and will help you prepare for the CT examination.\n
 \nThis program provides 8 hours of Category A continuing education cre
 dit recognized by the ARRT for radiologic technologists, and credit fr
 om various licensure states. A certificate of attendance will be provi
 ded for each individual upon completion of the seminar. All attendees
