 ON:\nABOUT THIS MEETING\n\nThis second annual symposium will present a
  comprehensive series of lectures focused on developing and honing att
 endees' leadership skills and optimizing the structure and function of
  their practices. Faculty will focus on issues that group leaders and 
 their business executives face on a daily basis and will provide pract
 ical solutions and suggested actions that they can incorporate into th
 eir practices with minimal effort.\n\nThe faculty, chosen for their te
 aching ability as well as their expertise, will discuss such pertinent
  issues as strategic planning, productivity concerns, reimbursement ma
 nagement strategies, service and quality methodologies, the start-up a
 nd success of new ventures, merger considerations, throughput optimiza
 tion, marketing, contracting, negotiations, recruiting, leadership dev
 elopment, and other practice-related topics. With new knowledge on the
 se topics, attendees will be able to immediately implement solutions t
 o strengthen their practice and improve their leadership.\n\nThe compr
 ehensive course syllabus will provide substantial take-home informatio
