 eased knowledge of the technical and clinical aspects of breast ultras
 ound as well as practical hands-on training of ultrasound imaging of t
 he breast. An overview of the basic principles and techniques utilized
  in breast ultrasound will be presented.\n\nThis course is helpful for
  mammographers and sonographers who are directly involved in breast im
 aging. Participants should have an understanding of the basic concepts
  of mammography. If you are a mammographer looking for training in bre
 ast ultrasound or a sonographer wanting to review basic breast imaging
  skills, this course is for you.\n\nThis program provides 16.5 hours o
 f Category A credit for radiologic technologists and sonographers. A c
 ertificate of attendance will be provided for each individual upon com
 pletion of the program. All attendees must attend the entire program t
 o receive full credit. Credit is awarded for radiologic technologist a
 s ARRT Category A credit and for sonographers as SDMS CME credit accep
 ted by the ARDMS. Credit from various licensure states has been approv
