 increased knowledge of the technical and clinical aspects of breast ul
 trasound as well as practical hands-on training of ultrasound imaging 
 of the breast. An overview of the basic principles and techniques util
 ized in breast ultrasound will be presented.\n\nThis course is helpful
  for mammographers and sonographers who are directly involved in breas
 t imaging. Participants should have an understanding of the basic conc
 epts of mammography. If you are a mammographer looking for training in
  breast ultrasound or a sonographer wanting to review basic breast ima
 ging skills, this course is for you.\n\nThis program provides 16.5 hou
 rs of Category A credit for radiologic technologists and sonographers.
  A certificate of attendance will be provided for each individual upon
  completion of the program. All attendees must attend the entire progr
 am to receive full credit. Credit is awarded for radiologic technologi
 st as ARRT Category A credit and for sonographers as SDMS CME credit a
 ccepted by the ARDMS. Credit from various licensure states has been ap
