SUMMARY:2012 Abdominal Radiology Course
DESCRIPTION:The 2012 Abdominal Radiology Course will be held, March 25
  – 30, 2012 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizo
 na. The Abdominal Radiology Course is a joint presentation of the Soci
 ety of Gastrointestinal Radiologists and the Society of Uroradiology. 
 The course encompasses the full range of activities that constitute co
 ntemporary abdominal radiology including: all methods of diagnostic im
 aging and radiologic intervention, with emphasis on state-of-the-art u
 tilization, performance and interpretation; new and innovative approac
 hes to abdominal and pelvic pathology; major issues, and common proble
 ms in gastrointestinal and genitourinary radiology; and assessment of 
 major abdominal pathology with sessions devoted to exploring the lates
 t imaging techniques utilized in evaluation of the genitourinary and g
 astrointestinal systems.  \nThese topics will be addressed in didacti
 c lectures, panel discussions and interactive workshops. The extensive
  variety of small group workshops will enable participants to tailor t
 heir learning experience according to their individual needs. Both soc
 ieties will also present their scientific paper and poster sessions, w
 hich are open to all registrants. Designed primarily for radiologists 
 in practice and in training, this course will also benefit all physici
 ans who care for patients with gastrointestinal and genitourinary dise
 ase.\n \nAMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ will be offered.  Fees: vary 
 ($450-$1000).  The meeting is jointly sponsored by the Society of Gas
