 opular topic for continuing medical education courses over the last se
 veral years. The Society’s goal is to maintain the annual ASER meeti
 ng as the premier CME course in Emergency Radiology. Attendee feedback
  from the ASER 2010 meeting in Seattle, Washington was extremely posit
 ive. Next year’s meeting in Key Biscayne, Miami, Florida will build 
 on the successes of this year, and further expand the program’s offe

 E OVERVIEW AND INTENDED AUDIENCE\nThe 2011 ASER Annual Meeting will pr
 ovide a broad overview of current state-of-the-art imaging techniques 
 to evaluate the acutely ill and injured patient. Educational sessions 
 covering the latest advances and trends in emergency and trauma radiol
 ogic diagnosis and sessions presenting new and original scientific wor
 k are included. The meeting provides an opportunity to meet with inter
 national colleagues and discuss new and challenging aspects of emergen
 cy and trauma imaging.\n\nThe meeting will be of particular interest a
 nd importance to clinical radiologists, both in the community and acad
 emic centers, delivering emergency care. Subspecialists in emergency r
 adiology, neuroradiology, musculoskeletal radiology, chest and abdomin
 al radiology as well as radiology residents and fellows and emergency 
 physicians at all levels of training will also find the educational an
 d scientific material presented at the ASER meeting essential to their
