 ry 1 credits™\n\nProgram Objectives:\nThis five-day course will prov
 ide a broad overview of selected imaging subjects of particular import
 ance to radiologists in clinical/general practice. The course will als
 o be of interest to physicians in related fields such as general medic
 ine, gastroenterology, cardiology, neurology, oncology, family practic
 e, pulmonary medicine and orthopedics. A range of lecture and workshop
  topics will be presented with emphasis on practical applications. Top
 ics will include, but not be limited to: breast imaging, neuroradiolog
 y, vascular imaging, MRI, CT, and imaging of the head, chest, abdomen,
  pelvis and musculoskeletal system.\n\nTarget Audience:\nRadiologists 
 and physicians in related fields (general medicine, gastroenterology, 
 cardiology, neurology, oncology, family practice, pulmonary medicine a
 nd orthopedics).\n\nAccreditation:\n\nThe University of Michigan Medic
 al School is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Me
 dical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for ph
 ysicians. The University of Michigan Medical School designates this ed
 ucational activity for a maximum of 26 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. 
 Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of th
 eir participation in the activity. The American Osteopathic Associatio
 n has approved this activity for 26 category 2A credits. Other credits
  by specialty may apply. Instruction hours have been determined for th
 e following: Mammography (4.5 instruction hours).\n\nSeveral lectures 
 will be submitted for SAM qualification by the American Board of Radio
 logy to meet the criteria for self-assessment toward the purpose of fu
 lfilling requirements in the ABR Maintenance of Certification. Please
